beacon church

ABOUT

Beacon is a growing, diverse church, gathering people from all groups of society and from all over south central London. It currently has community groups in Brixton, Streatham and Norwood. We are involved with a number of initiatives including CAP and Foodbank which we run in conjunction with Churches Together Brixton and Stockwell.

Our Vision as a church revolves around three key themes.

Building the church (Looking in)

Glorifying Jesus (Looking up)

Serving the community (Looking out)

Please feel free to visit our vision page for some more information, our elders Owen and Phil are available to talk through it too, contact us to arrange a conversation.

Owen is the author of the book ‘Crossing the Divide – a call to embrace diversity.

The church is linked to the Newfrontiers family of churches and is involved in regular Newfrontiers events like Newday (a youth event) and Newfrontiers London Leaders.
